Playism and Grounding’s The Good Life, directed by Hidetaka “SWERY” Suehiro and Yukio Futatsugi, will be released on October 15, 2021.
Naomi, a New York-based photographer, has just arrived in the tiny British hamlet of Rainy Woods in this adventure game. She must discover the truth behind what has been dubbed the “happiest town on the planet” while she is here.
Players will be able to solve puzzles as a person, a cat, or a dog by following various leads. In addition to cooking, eating, sleeping, shopping, farming, and exploring the town, players will be able to take on photographic gigs and “unconventional” missions. There’s also a social picture app called “Flamingo” that may be used in-game.
