[Announcement] On November 5th, the free Ver. 2.0 upgrade will be available! You’ll soon have new ways to enjoy your island existence, whether it’s going to the Roost for a cup of Brewster’s best coffee or taking a boat ride with Kapp’n to a hidden island. #ACNH pic.twitter.com/iNkraGqtdF #AnimalCrossing

The 16 new inhabitants have a wide range of animals to enjoy (or hate). There’s something for everyone with such a diverse spectrum of personalities.
Early in November, the free Animal Crossing update will be available for download, followed by the Happy Home Paradise premium DLC.
Who are the new inhabitants in Animal Crossing?
Bananas! Tiansheng, an orange monkey, may be on his way to your island soon. This Jock villager, who was revealed on October 15, 2021, wears a dragon outfit and was born on August 18, making him a Leo.
Sasha is a sweet blue bunny with a laid-back attitude. She wears a blue Letter Jacket and is often heard muttering “hoppity” (not to be confused with Bing, who is absent from ACNH).
Marlo is probably feeling the same way we all do after a long day at work. The Japanese moniker “Donchan” for this grumpy hamster may easily be mistaken with the don from The Godfather.
Cephalobot, gleaming and cocky, may have been born on April Fool’s Day, but he’s no fool. His slogan is “donk donk,” and he’ll be a terrific addition to your Octopus villager collection.
Petri may not resemble a petri dish, but she loves science. This snobbish mouse, dressed in a doctor’s garb, will welcome you with a “mmhmm.”
Ione will capture your attention with her Astro outfit, which is perhaps one of the loveliest additions to version 2.0. Iona’s tail has a solid blue hue with sparkles, rather than the spiral motif seen on the other squirrel villagers’ tails.
Quinn is a female purple-feathered eagle with a Sisterly disposition. She has eagle eyes and is an Eagle in species.
Chabwick’s sluggish nature may explain why he wears a Nine-ball shirt, which he first appeared in Animal Forest e+. Chabwick is a nice community that likes resting, fishing, and eating.
Ace, the Jock blue bird, Roswell, the sluggish alligator, Frett, a grumpy dog, Faith, Azalea, Rio, and Zoe are among the Animal Forest e+ residents.
What’s up with Shino?
You’re in for a treat if you missed our recent news about one of the most popular new villagers heading to Animal Crossing New Horizons.
Shino, the adorable new deer villager, has a cheerful demeanor.
Shino’s birthday falls on Halloween, one of Animal Crossing’s most thrilling occasions, so it’s a fitting addition.
